This is one of my favourite breakfast smoothies because it feels like such a treat while still being packed with ingredients that actually keep me full. I love having recipes like this on busy mornings when I need something quick but nourishing, and it’s also a great option after workouts or when I’m craving something sweet in the afternoon. It’s creamy, naturally sweet, and so easy to customise depending on what you have at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • 5.2 oz. (150g) frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1.7 oz. (50g) vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 12.1 fl. oz. (360ml) unsweetened almond milk

How to Make This Strawberry Smoothie Step by Step

Step 1: Add Ingredients to Blender

Add the almond milk to your blender first, followed by the frozen banana, strawberries, oats, protein powder, and peanut butter.


Step 2: Blend Until Smooth

Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.

If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a splash more almond milk.


Step 3: Serve and Enjoy

Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
